In this article you are going to find out about eye exercises for farsightedness and how to apply them to restore your vision. It might sound impossible but you can actually cure your farsightedness with special eye exercises that I’m about to show you.
Farsightedness or hyperopia is a condition that is very common among people. If you have hyperopia then you have trouble seeing at close distant. The reason this is that the muscles involved in making the eye ball smaller have developed a strain and cannot accommodate correctly.
By following the next exercises you will be able to relieve the strain that’s causing your farsightedness and eventually restore your vision.
Exercise 1 – Palming Technique
Always start and end with this exercise because it is very important in getting your eye to relax. Palming gets the eye to relax and energy and warmth from your hands flows into the eyes. This exercise is actually very relaxing and you will love doing this one. Palming is very important if you want to be able to relieve the strain quickly.
Exercise 2 – The Tracking Method
This exercise is tailored to improve your ability to see objects clear over a long distance. Pick an object that’s far from you that you can see. It should be at a distance that you are comfortable with. It shouldn’t be too close or too far away. Now start to focus on one spot at your choosen object and hold your focus there for a few seconds. Then switch focus to a point close to the original point. Hold focus there for a few seconds and then choose a new focus point.
So if we take an O for example. If you start your focus on the top of the letter and then work your way clockwise until you have reached your starting position. Your focus points will be like the second timer of a clock. It stops 60 times before it returns to the starting position.
The trick is to pick smaller and smaller objects further and further away as you feel comfortable with it. This will allow you to cure your farsightedness.
Exercise 3 – The Candle Technique
This technique is very old yet it’s also very powerful. This will help to relax your eyes as well as balance your nervous system.
Simply take a candle and place it in front of you. Then light it and look at the flame without blinking. This can be a bit hard but try to resist.
Your eyes will become watery and this is good. Continue with open eyes. Do this exercise for 5 minutes without blinking and you will develop healthy eyes in no time.
